Diabetes Village Travel, April

The BBAHC Diabetes Wellness Program is visiting Clarks Point during the month of April. The team will host a Diabetes clinic and will be outreaching to youth in the school. BBAHC Diabetes staff are ready to assist our valued patients to manage their care and help support them in achieving their goal of optimal wellness.
