FREE Community Preparedness Classes Offered

BBAHC is offering FREE classes to the public to improve our overall community preparedness:

CPR/First Aid
2nd Thursday of the month, 8:00 am-4:00 pm
Learn how to recognize and manage a wide range of medical emergencies, injuries, and environmental emergencies.  Adult CPR, infant CPR, and relief of choking is also covered.

QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer - Suicide Awareness/Prevention)
3rd Thursday of the month, 5:30-8:00 pm
Understand suicide and its signs on a compassionate level to help someone you love.

Stop the Bleed
4th Thursday of the month, 5:30-8:00 pm
Learn how to recognize life threatening bleeding and how to stop it.

Cost:  FREE.
Eligibility:  Everyone is welcome.
Location:  EMS office located downstairs at "Our House" 3820 Kanakanak Road.
