Essential Emergency Room Information

The BBAHC Emergency Department is sharing essential information with the public this summer that will help us provide you with the highest quality of care possible.  Please be aware that summer months mean a population influx and increased activity levels in outdoor activities that might result in accidents and injuries seen in the ER.  For these reasons, waiting times may be longer to be seen by a provider.  Our goal is that all patients are triaged within 30 minutes of check in.  Do you have a non-urgent need that can wait?  We encourage you to seek care through our Outpatient Clinic.  For more information, please see our flyer or visit our web page at Emergency Department - Bristol Bay Area Health Corporation (bbahc.org).  There you will learn about our state-of-the-art equipment, facility and staff capabilities, and our certified air ambulance service for the region.  We welcome customer feedback and look forward to caring for you and your family.
