Essential Emergency Room Information

The BBAHC Emergency Department is sharing essential information with the public this summer that will help us provide you with the highest quality of care possible.  Please be aware that summer months mean:

  • A population influx and increased outdoor activity levels that might result in accidents and injuries seen in the ER.
  • Due to the above, waiting times may be longer to be seen by a provider.
  • Our goal is that all patients are triaged within 30 minutes of check in.
Do you have a non-urgent need that can wait?  We encourage you to make an appointment to be seen in our Outpatient Clinic.
Do you have a minor injury or illness, with symptoms that can’t wait?  Use our Walk-In Clinic (first come, first served), Monday to Friday from 9:00-11:00 am and 1:00-4:30 pm.

We welcome customer feedback and look forward to caring for you and your family.  For more information, please see our flyer or visit our web page at:  https://bbahc.org/emergency.
