The BBAHC Diabetes Wellness Program is visiting Platinum during the month of May. The team will host a Diabetes clinic at the Tribal Council building and will be outreaching to the community with home visits. BBAHC Diabetes staff are ready to assist our valued patients to manage their care and help support them in achieving their goal of optimal wellness.
