Patient-Centered Improvements
You spoke and we listened. To improve the patient experience, BBAHC has reorganized some Finance Division Departments. Our new Outreach and Enrollment Department will focus solely on patient enrollment in programs like Medicaid to improve your health care access and coverage. Patient Travel will coordinate all non-emergent patient travel, including our patient courtesy shuttle, lodging, and meal vouchers. Our staff and board members will continue to rely on our Corporate Travel Department for their outstanding support. At BBAHC, patients are at the center of everything we do.
