Please review our Resource Guide in "pdf" form. When you have selected the materials you require, print and fill out the Resource Request Form and contact us.
 

PLEASE NOTE

  • Requests should be made prior to your event by e-mail, phone, fax or mail indicated above.
  • Once the request is made, the department will process it promptly.
  • DVDs are not always available on the date requested; we will mail resource as available.
  • DVDs, Display Boards, Pamphlets and Textbooks will be mailed directly to the person on the requesting the materials. This person is responsible for returning the DVDs within two (2) weeks or Display Boards and/or textbooks within four (4) weeks of receipt via mail.
  • If there is a problem with the DVD, please describe the problem when returning the DVD.
  • Please Do Not loan the materials to anyone else for any reason. Once again, you are responsible for the materials.
