Overview
Primary Care provides the provision of integrated, accessible health care services by clinicians who are accountable for addressing a large majority of personal health care needs, developing a sustained partnership with patients, and practicing in the context of family and community. We can assist with prenatal care, well care of newborns, children, adolescents, men and women and older adults. We diagnose and treat many illnesses, injuries and also perform minor procedures. We offer a full range of primary care services including:
- Acute and chronic disease management
- Preventive care
- Immunizations
- IUD placement & removal
- School Physicals
- Holter Monitoring
- Colonoscopy EGD (esophageal duodenoscopy)
- Vasectomy
- Mental Health with Rural Psychiatry Associates
- Women's Health (Preventive care, prenatal, family planning, colposcopy)
We also provide Specialty Clinic services such as cardiology, ENT, ortho, OB/GYN, and many others.
Primary Care also includes our Case Managers. They assist in navigating through the health care system including appointments, referrals, travel, screenings, and more.
